Serving as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman since July 2018, Dato’ Dr. Mohd. Aminuddin bin Mohd. Rouse has a rich background in biochemistry and agricultural chemistry and has held various leadership positions throughout his career.

As the Group Managing Director since March 2015, Dato’ Sri Andrew Tan Jun Suan has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth in property development and other sectors. He holds a Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne and has vast experience in various industries.
