Accomplishments and Capabilities
In 2021, our subsidiary was awarded the Grade G7 class by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), a significant milestone that allows us to participate in major infrastructure projects. This classification is a testament to our track record and competency in managing sizable contracts. We have been involved in numerous infrastructure projects valued at approximately RM100 million under the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project, demonstrating our capacity to handle large-scale and complex construction ventures. We are continuously bidding for projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, property development, and building materials, to strengthen our order book and expand our construction portfolio.

Main contractor for building construction works. Currently, appointed as the main contractor for the Seri Berlian Apartment in Puchong which is a Selangor state government initiative.

Our wide range of surface solutions for wall and flooring products, that are trademarked under the Terra Silvis brand, are designed to facilitate the creation of innovative surfaces across various applications. With our materials, we empower our clients to produce outcomes that are both aesthetically pleasing as well as more durable and efficient.
Armour Rocks
We have access to armour rock supply of up to 40 million tonnes with sizes ranging from 300 kg to 7 tonnes per rock. The armour rocks have been lab-tested to be perfect for use in land reclamation due to its density, hardness and water absorption rate.
Granite
Our granite solution is widely used as flooring for areas/buildings with high footfall areas, e.g. high-speed rail, subway and railway stations, airports and other transportation hubs. It’s multi-purpose use can also extend to kerbs used for roads and highways. Additionally, granite can be used for walls and staircases, table-tops for restaurants and F&B outlets.
