Job Description

Job Description:

  • To involve in overall project planning and management tasks from inception to completion stage;
  • To identify planning requirements, land matters, market trends, product packaging and development strategies;
  • To identify overall statutory requirements and application procedure/process including Government policy in relation to project planning;
  • To monitor and identify approval conditions including compliances of statutory requirements.
  • To monitor construction progress and billing forecast in tandem with master program;
  • To participate on Client Consultant Meetings & Site Meetings;
  • Responsible for all project activities to ensure compliance with the project drawings & specifications, work schedule, safety and relevant requirements. Ensure achieving timely completion of the project and within allocated budget.
  • Handle project planning and to di co-ordinate and oversee works on site.
  • To work closely with consultants and sub-contractors to ensure the construction activities follow the drawings and specifications.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • High level of initiative and able to work independently.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
Finance Manager

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the overall operations and corporate exercise of the Finance / Accounts Department of the Company and its holdings, subsidiaries and associated companies;
  • Consolidate and review of routine management information including monthly financial accounts, budget, management plan, etc.;
  • Monitor capital expenditure reporting procedures and other accounting financial and taxation requirements;
  • Consolidate and prepare statutory accounts in accordance with recognized local and international accounting standards;
  • Revise and implement effective cost control system where necessary so as to monitor and ensure that it is within budget;
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies on projects to be undertaken by the Company and its holding, subsidiaries and associated companies;
  • Liaise with the bankers, lawyers, auditors, tax agent, business associates and department(s) on the corporate matters in a professionally; 
  • Review all Company purchases and ensure that it is within budget and with prior approval of the Management;
  • Ensure that there is proper recording monitoring system of all Company’s assets;
  • Responsible for the training and development of the department staffs; and
  • Responsible for the migration of accounting system and SST implementation;
  • To oversee the compliance to Standard Operating Activities regarding all financial functions;
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field, and/or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA etc.) with at least 5 years and above experience in a similar capacity with credibility in operation management;
  • Audit experience with good technical accounting knowledge (MFRS) is a must;
  • Knowledge of Malaysia taxation and consolidated financial statements; 
  • Excellent communication, people management and interpersonal skills;
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
